Mental Health First Aid Training

About the course

Fostering a safe, supportive corporate environment where employees feel secure speaking up about their wellbeing is vital for modern organisations. Headquartered in the Central West and delivering dedicated on-site programs right across Australia, our Workplace Mental Health First Aid courses deliver evidence-based, interactive workshops that empower participants to spot early indicators of emotional distress and offer proactive, confident intervention.

Informed by up-to-date psychological safety frameworks and contemporary Australian workplace wellness standards, this curriculum prioritises practical, immediate application over dense academic theory. Enrolled students learn to identify the early warning signs of common mental health challenges, lead respectful and constructive conversations, handle workplace crisis situations appropriately, and guide peers toward effective professional support networks.

By investing in this private group education, organisations can actively cultivate a healthier team culture, mitigate psychosocial hazards on the job, and ensure total compliance with modern Australian workplace safety expectations

A Statement of Attainment will be released upon completion, under RTO Allen's Training Pty Ltd 90909..
